We are a unique property, perfectly located on the east side of Palisade on Highway 6. We host a 5-unit lodge with three, double queen rooms, 1 king room with a sofa-sleeper bed, and a 2 room suite. Each room has everything you need to be self-sufficient, cozy, and happy. But as a family-owned business, we are here to make sure you have everything essential for your vacation, gathering, or special event. Our location is less than a mile from the largest vertical drop mountainbike trail in the country!

The Colorado River trailhead is nearby as well as easy access to the Colorado River for rafting, floating or fishing. If you are looking for the outdoors, look no further than our backyard!
