Lovely little place that we were able to book last minute as we wanted to spend some time in palisade on our way home from Moab to Fort Collins. Extremely clean unit and comfortable beds. The little kitchen was great for us to have coffee and breakfast in the morning and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the evening. The view was super nice too. As an animal lover,  I was happy that the owners adorable dog and two cats came by to visit us in the evening outside!  I also had a lovely run in the morning down some country roads with views of orchards. Will absolutely recommend and stay again!

When visiting Palisade you HAVE to stay here! Family run hotel and they are absolutely Wonderful! So hospitable and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay. The best customer service in a world when it’s typically so hard to find these days. Beds are comfy, amazing back patio views, clean room and bathroom. 10/10 recommend. Palisade is such a fun town and we will be back and when we do they will 100% be where we stay. Thank you Cody & Mike and your sweet kiddos and pup Pedro!

Traveling with my teens, friends, and 2 dogs, we had a phenomenal stay at the Homestead. The rooms were spotless clean, the service was personalized and exceptional and using the firepit in the lovely common yard was the perfect end to our day traveling, I look forward to staying at the Homestead again in the future.

Super easy check in. The rooms are so cute and they are stocked with everything you need. There is a great view of the plateaus from the back porch sitting area for sunset/morning coffee. There is also a fire pit, gazebo and some lawn games.

We decided to load up our bikes and head to Palisade for a long weekend getaway, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay than The Homestead!

We originally chose The Homestead because of an interaction we had with Cody back in January when we were enjoying some delicious bevies at Peach Street Distillery, which Cody and her husband, Mike, also own. Cody was so incredibly kind and welcoming, and we had such a great experience that we knew we wanted to stay at The Homestead when we planned our Palisade trip. To top it off, Cody actually remembered us SIX months later! That level of genuine hospitality says so much about the kind of people they are.

The room was perfectly set up and had everything we could possibly need, including an ice maker (which was such a nice touch!). The property itself is absolutely adorable. The front has a cute gazebo, and the family’s friendly pets make you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Cody, Mike, and the rest of the family make you feel more like welcomed guests than visitors.

The back of the property is just as charming, with a cozy little patio, games, and a beautiful fire pit area that is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Palisade.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back to The Homestead! If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay in Palisade with hosts who genuinely care about their guests, look no further. 🍑🚲🍷

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of our favorite features was the back door that opened onto a beautiful private patio and backyard with absolutely stunning views—it was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The location couldn't have been better. It was just minutes from great restaurants, local wineries, and breweries, making it easy to explore the area without spending a lot of time driving.

If you're looking for a clean, peaceful place with amazing scenery and convenient access to everything the area has to offer, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a gem! Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was an ease.  I loved the back patio with the view especially at night. The location was quiet with easy access to wineries and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.
