This beautiful property has been on our minds for quite some time and with luck, we were able to purchase The Homestead in December of 2021. This unique area of Palisade has majestic views down the Bookcliffs as well as the Buzzard’s Roost to the south and the Colorado River coming out of the DeBeque Canyon. With a FULL renovation, we have taken The Homestead to its maximum potential as a super cozy, energy efficient, perfectly located place to rejuvenate after a great day in Palisade or the Western Slope.
Alongside The Homestead for our guests is our own home. We are happy to welcome you and assist you in anything you might need.

How We Started
We have put our heart and soul into this property. We have remodeled every inch of The Homestead and upgraded the property with the best of the best. We are energy efficient and avid supporters of local business in the Western Slope! We offer local coffee in all of our rooms as well as other local goods from fruit stands, wineries, breweries and local bakeries.
